Performance Musician

2017 - Present

• Performance experience as a violinist in solo, chamber, and orchestral music. Has performed with string quartets, trios, and duets in small and large scale venues such as the Bass Performance Hall, Fort Worth, Orchestra Hall, Fort Worth, Sundance Square, Fort Worth, and the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth.

• Mariachi Violinist and Singer. Soloed at State level competitions and has performed at venues such as the Meyerson Symphony Center, Dallas, and the Winspear Opera House, Dallas. Attended the UIL State Mariachi Competition and TAME State Mariachi Competition, performing as a solo violinist and vocalist at both.

• Orchestral violinist playing professional level orchestral music at large venues.  Plays 4-6 concerts per year at large scale venues such as Bass Performance Hall and Van Cliburn Hall, TCU. Tours internationally every 4-5 years.

• Chamber musician for both duet and quartet.

2018 - 2020

• Orchestral Violinist for 2 seasons, playing at the International Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, UK. 

• Played in venues such as the Beachball Room, Aberdeen, UK, Greyfriars Kirk, Edinburgh, UK, and the RSNO Performance Hall, Glasgow, UK.

Started the Dawson Middle School String Orchestra

2020 - 2021

• Gave students in grades 5 through 8 the opportunity to play as a part of a community string ensemble. This was instituted due to the lack of an orchestra program in the school district and was student run by Isabel Opat.

National Youth Choir of Scotland, Edinburgh, UK - Soprano 1 and 2

2018 - 2020

• Member of NYCOS for 2 seasons, performing at venues such as the Usher Hall, Edinburgh, UK. Was placed in Soprano 1 and Soprano 2.

Violin Teacher

2020 - Present

• Started a business (private violin studio)

• Coached Winner of the National Online Fiddle Contest - Small Fry Division

• Holds a successful violin studio with several regular weekly students located around and within the DFW area. 

• Started a non profit violin studio to teach middle and elementary schoolers in Dallas ISD.
